Free School Meals

Free School Meal (FSM) vouchers to cover the Easter period are being provided by East Riding of Yorkshire Council to eligible students and will be distributed via Wonde.

This is a separate scheme from the Government FSM support, as this is not covering holiday periods.

Covid home testing update - Wednesday 24th March

A reminder that the second round of home testing is due to be logged tomorrow (Thursday, 25th March). 

Students should test every Monday and Thursday, including during school holidays and on training days. 

During term time, tests should ideally be completed before school on Monday and Thursday mornings - or on the nights before if this is not possible.

HPV Vaccinations - Year 8

A reminder that the consent deadline for the Year 8 HPV1 vaccinations is Tuesday, 6th April.  

Thank you to the parents/carers who have already submitted their responses. Please remember that the immunisation team require a response, even if it's a 'no'.

Where consent remains outstanding, you will receive a MyEd message today (Thursday, 25th March) containing a link to complete the consent form online. This should take no more than a couple of minutes. 
The HPV1 vaccinations will take place on Wednesday, 14th April. 


Vacancies - Teaching Assistants (Level 1)

We are currently seeking to employ two Teaching Assistants (Level 1).

One post with a start date of September 2021, and the second starting as soon as possible

The successful candidates will work with individual students who may have learning, physical, behavioural or emotional difficulties, as well as with small groups within the classroom under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
