Generation Games

On Wednesday 11th July, the generation gap between young and old was successfully bridged during an afternoon of exercise and games held at Withernsea High School.

Girls into Engineering 2018

On Tuesday 10th July, six Year 10 students from Withernsea High School joined approximately 60 others from schools across the local area to take part in the annual ‘Girls into Engineering' day.

Race for the Line - Students represent the county in national STEM competition

Summer 2019 will see the British-built Bloodhound SSC rocket car make an attempt to break the world land speed record in South Africa. In support of this, students in Withernsea High School’s 7 ‘O’ population have spent the past few months engaged in a national STEM competition to design, build and race their own rocket-propelled vehicles.

Governors' Awards 2018

On Friday 20th July, parents and governors joined staff and students at Withernsea High School to recognise and celebrate a year of successes at the annual Governors' Awards Assembly.
