    As part of their investigation into how William the Conqueror kept control of England after the Battle of Hastings, Year 7 students recently learned how the building of castles became an important tool in maintaining control across the country. On the back of this study, students were tasked with creating their own castles in a style matching the designs of the era.

Vacancies: Exam Invigilators

We are looking for individuals who are interested in joining our team of Exam Invigilators in supporting the school to ensure exam regulations and standards are adhered to.

The role includes the preparation of the exam room; the distribution and collection of exam papers and monitoring the exam hall to ensure that no unfair means are used by any student in relation to the exams.

Vacancy: Instructor of Hair and Beauty

We are seeking a skilled and experienced colleague to play a key role in teaching students in the vocational area of hairdressing, including regular assessment of the work and progress of students towards successful completion of the course. This is a temporary position to cover maternity.

Tasked with building physical models, the students impressed the Science faculty with their in-depth knowledge and detailed designs made out of a wide range of materials.

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant, Level 2. 

The successful candidate will work mainly with individuals, but sometimes with small groups of students, who may have issues for which there is a need for Therapeutic Intervention.
