Review:
Harry thinks he is a normal boy until one day a ginormous man comes and takes him away to a magic school.  He faces a series of
complicated tasks, including how to play the wizard game of Quidditch.  At the end of the year, he must battle the darkest wizard of all time to save the world from domination and death.  This is the world’s greatest book in my opinion.

Book title:
The Catcher in the Rye

Author:
J D Salinger

Review by:
Chloe Carter

Date of review:
November 2016

Review:
"The Catcher in the Rye" is the story of some days in Holden Caulfield's life, as he tells it in the hospital where he was taken after his
meltdown. The plot is quite simple, mainly what happens when a particularly sensitive teenager gets kicked out of school, and decides to travel alone a little bit instead of just telling his
parents what happened. The way this book is written has made it so special that it has
become a classic. J D Salinger makes us get to know Holden, giving the reader interesting insights into his musings, likes and dislikes.  This book is really worth your time.
