Withernsea High School recently welcomed a group of 14 students and 3 chaperones from our Australian partner school for a six day stay in our area.

WHS Scientists spark positive reaction at Burstwick Primary School

Following the huge success of two earlier visits to Patrington and Withernsea Primary Schools, staff members from Withernsea High School’s Science faculty recently visited Burstwick Community Primary to showcase a range of interesting experiments.

Mental Health Awareness

No Harm Done? 
Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th May

In the run up to national Mental Health Awareness Week, students in Years 8 and 9 were given the opportunity to watch a live drama production which aimed to raise awareness and understanding of self-harm in adolescents.

Manchester Camerata Composition Workshop

On Thursday 27th and Friday 28th April, the Manchester Camerata Orchestra visited Withernsea High School to deliver a composition workshop to 21 of our Year 8 students.
