The safety of young people in the Withernsea High School community is of paramount importance and we offer an on-going programme of resources, support and guidance to help keep children safe.

As part of that continuing work, students in Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9) today took part in a live online link-up with other schools throughout Hull and the East Riding. Led by the ‘Not in our community’ team, a Humberside Police initiative to stamp out CSE in our area, the online event combined storytelling with interactive question and answer sessions to provide a consistent and informative learning experience for all participants.
