One Step Ahead take a leap forward with donation

When a new community group became the victims of theft in the run up to Christmas, the loss of their equipment almost forced its heartbroken founders to give up in despair. However, after a generous donation from Withernsea High School the One Step Ahead group have taken a leap forward towards their goal of providing after school care and activities for children with additional needs.

“The Show Must Go On!” – Students to perform at Bridlington Spa Theatre

“The Show Must Go On!” is the culmination of months of hard work from the school’s year 11 dancers, who will stage their dance extravaganza at Bridlington Spa Theatre on Thursday 24th March.

The show features over 100 students from across all year groups of the school and promises to be an unmissable night of entertainment.

BT have confirmed that this fault is part of a wider area fault which requires a cable to be dug up and replaced. The work is being scheduled and we will keep you updated with progress.

Safer Internet Day 2016 is taking place today - Tuesday 9th February - with the theme Play your part for a better internet.
